Change the name of any person in your park to one of the following to immediately enable the cheat. They are not case sensitive, but you will have to do them again if you re-start the game.
jonny watts - This will cause you to "posses" the person you re-named, and follow them around your park in first-person view.
m brookes - This "cheat" will disable collision detection on paths, allowing you to place walls on their interiors, among other things. The effect is permanent, meaning that the interior walls will remain even if you save the game, restart RCT3, and load it again. But you will need to re-do the cheat again to place more interior walls after you restart the game.
Atari Forums (Main US) - These are the forums on the main RCT3 website. The moderators are a bit draconian in enforcement and trigger happy in issuing warnings, so watch what you say.
